Trap Free Montana Public Lands, Inc. (TFMPL) is a nonprofit, 501(c)4, that formed at the end of 2013 as a grassroots ballot initiative committee for the 2014 ballot.

Our progressive efforts continue as we advocate for much needed trapping reform and safe, responsible use of our treasured, yet, minimal public lands in Montana.

We have powerful opposition from pro-trapping groups, with significant funding and out-of-state backing who are determined to preserve all the cruelty they inflict at any cost.
